Have you every wondered how 'The Pocket' can hit a wayward drive into the bushes, that's gone in so deep that you know it is a lost ball, but every time the ball gets found?
We quizzed 'The Pocket' about this and asked how he always managed to find his Pro V1....normally 2 minutes after everyone else had given up trying to find his ball...
"It's simple really, before every round of golf, I cut a small hole in the pocket of my trousers. I only need a small hole, oh sorry thats another story. Hmmm, then with every shanker, I place a new Pro V1 in my hand and walk to about where the ball entered the hazard and start looking around. I slip my hand into the cut pocket and when i'm on a nice bit of grass that I know I can get a good "whack out", I simply drop the ball through my pocket. It rolls down my leg and there it is, sitting nice and playable. I can save a good 10 to 12 shots a round using this method." said "The Pocket".
